About
With nearly two decades in the arts and material culture field, I’ve developed a multidisciplinary approach to caring for your special collections and objects, including fine art, personal heirlooms, or cultural ephemera.
My training includes a multi-year craft apprenticeship, a Master of Arts degree in Public History, and extensive work in both the private sector and in public institutions.
From 2009 to 2023, I managed one of the world’s largest private collections of antique commercial lithographs based in Lahaina, Hawaii, developing an expertise in art handling, archival methodology, collections management, and conservation-focused framing. Sadly, the climate-driven Maui Wildfires on August 8th, 2023 derailed this work, destroying the artwork and history that I had worked everyday to protect. While an unexpected and saddening turn of events, the event has only galvanized my commitment to preserving our precious art, histories, and material culture that live constantly under threat, whether it be from small, everyday exposures or larger forms of risk.
